Policies before booking
A $25 deposit AND an active card on file is required to book. The deposit is non-refundable and goes towards your service.
Cancellations: Text message reminders are sent out 48 hours before your appointment time. We ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the 24 hours, your deposit is forfeited and you must repay the deposit to get back on the schedule again. If you no-call or no-show your fill appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the service price and you will no longer be able to book again with us. If the card on file is invalid, you will be sent an invoice that must be paid.
Late: Please contact us if you are running late. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your service and charge your card. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged for the full service.
Extra guests: Because this is a relaxing environment and your eyes will be closed the entire time of your lash service, no children or pets are allowed in our studio. Extra guests are a distraction to me and you. It's best if all my time and attention can go to you and your service. Please have extra guests wait in the car or pick you up when the appointment is finished.
